Purity Wangui Ngiciri is a Kenyan politician who has made it to the limelight after she ditched the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) claiming that the party ticket had been sold to the highest bidder. She was born in 1978 in Kirinyaga County where she was also brought up.

Education & Career: 

In 2011, she enrolled at the Regional Institute of Business Management for a Business Management diploma and later a Higher Diploma in Business Management at the same institution. Purity Wamngui would then undertake her undergraduate degree in Commerce at Gretsa University. As of 2021, she is pursuing her master’s degree in Human Resource at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

Her career started in the position of Japan Sales Manager at the International Relations Expert Tokyo in 1999.  The following year, she would be executive director at Joy Team Tyres and Half Moon Investments. She is also the Executive Director at Ngirici and Sons Ltd founded in 2011.

Personal Life - Family, Marriage: 

Not much is known about the legislator’s personal life who has been successful at keeping that part of life away from the limelight.
