William Ruto Holds Grand Rally in Moses Wetang'ula, Musalia Mudavadi's Western Backyards Days after Uniting

The partnership between Deputy President William Ruto, ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya's Wetang'ula seems to be gaining momentum by the day as the trio resolve to stick together in their march to state house.

Since the unveiling of their union on the Sunday of January 23, the three leaders have embarked on joint presidential campaigns in which they have been selling their agenda to the electorate.

They kickstarted their campaigns in Nakuru where they vowed to transform the country for the better should they form the next government.

On Friday, January 28, the trio made their way to Western Kenya presumably to seek validation of the new formation by the region's electorate.

The deputy president and his partners started the day in Mt Elgon, Bungoma county, Wetang'ula's presumed backyard.

They addressed series of rallies in the localities around Kapsokwony before heading to the adjacent Kakamega county.

Among the lawmakers in the convoy were Garissa Township MP Aden Duale, Alice Wahome (Kandara), Rithathi Gachagua (Mathira), Ndindi Nyoro (Kiharu) and Senator Cleophas Malala of Kakamega.

In Kakamega, the trio made stop-overs in Malava sub-county where supporters availed themselves in their numbers.
