Bishop Margaret Wanjiru Recovers from COVID-19!!
Jesus Is Alive Ministries founder Bishop Margaret Wanjiru has been discharged from hospital.
The former Starehe Constituency MP has been in hospital for a little over a week after testing positive for the coronavirus.
Apparently, she had gone to hospital without knowing she had the virus. She had only complained of food poisoning
"I had food poisoning on Sunday, when I went to the hospital, I did not go for COVID-19, didn't sneeze or cough but I have walked out of this hospital COVID-19 free," ~ Bishop Margaret Wanjiru.
The former Starehe MP was admitted to hospital on May 22 with reports indicating that she had been placed on supplementary oxygen
She also noted that two of her grand children and six of her staff members were in quarantine.
The bishop thanked God for giving her another chance, as she encouraged Kenyans to go for testing in large numbers so as to bring the virus under control soon enough.
Wanjiru also took time to thank the doctors and other hospital staff.
Her family gave gratitude and urged Kenyans to continue praying for all those who have been affected by the virus in one way or the other.
