Next Heathrow-JKIA KQ Flight for Kenyans Stranded in UK is June 19

Kenyans living in the United Kingdom (UK) have yet another opporunity to return home amid travel restrictions imposed due to Covid-19 according to the updated travel advisory.

The national carrier (KQ) will be operating an additional flight for Kenyan Citizens/Residents to return to Kenya on Friday 19 June 2020.

The flight KQ 103 destined to Nairobi from London will depart London Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 on Friday, June 19 2020, 11.00am local time and arrive Nairobi at 21.35 hrs Nairobi time the same day.

Flight has now been loaded on the KQ booking system and is available for sale on first come first served basis.

Three special Kenya Airways flights have successfully been arranged in May and early June 2020.

These flights have been able to fly back home stranded Kenyans in the UK through the support of both the UK and Kenyan Governments. 

Mandatory travel requirements include:

  • Booking details 
  • COVID-19 free certificate is mandatory for boarding. Test certificate should be within 7 days of departure.
  • Passengers will be subjected to the 14-28 days mandatory quarantine period imposed by the Government at their own cost in line with the Ministry of Health guidelines.
  • Complete the Coronavirus Quarantine Declaration form.
