William Ruto was on 30th march 2022 caught on the controversial Side with Kenyan based Twitter Sleuths after a picture of mama Racheal Ruto with an injured knee surfaced on the internet.

This comes after pictures of what appears to be injured Racheal Ruto appeared on the internet preliminary

However, these allegations hit a rock bottom after his supporters bashed whoever was propagating that propaganda and warned against unleashing irrelevant wars against the DP in a bid to tarnish his name Politically.

According to Kenyans who responded to the hashtag, if someone didn't like the DP, they should have targeted him personally rather than pulling his wife into their animosity. 
Rachel Ruto is a devout Christian lady whose marriage should never be politicized, regardless of whether or not they have problems (which is normal in any marriage).

"You can do better than that, #StopBeatingRacheal to bloggers." One user remarked, "Tarnishing Deputy President's personal life and marriage affairs for cheap political mileage is wrong, foolishness."

"It's incorrect to hold Ruto responsible for his wife's beating. This #StopBeatingRacheal is a terrible idea. Marriage has problems, and it's usually the males who cause them.
