Amos Kaaleng is a resident of Kaleng/Kaikor Ward, Kibish Sub-County, Turkana North Constituency, Turkana County. While in Primary School he was elected class prefect in class eight for two hours where he decided to give the docket to one of his classmates. In high school he took his best time in studies and participated in school elections where he led people who participated in school representations. He later joined University where he vied for the position of Chairperson and won. Later on joined Turkana County University Student Associations (TUCUSA) for 2018-2020 elections where he won the position of The Organozing Secretary.

TUCUSA is highly voted in by Aspirants in Turkana County. Among other position he has held in the past include The chairperson for KASA (Kaikor Student Association) for a period of four years, where later he called for election for the association in December 20th 2021. In KASA he fronted so many issues pertaining students affairs and organized tournaments where Kaleng, Kaikor, Nakinomet, Kakelae, Kalem, Loruth, Ekicheles and other various centers participated and all participants got the  awards. He fought for changes to be made in 30 wards bursary committee, where students Leaders were allowed to be part of the scrutining committee to ensure every students has been allocated bursary fund. By so doing and achieving many things in his positions he has held.

Amos was recognized by the county government of Turkana as a key policy maker and  that the process was good for well, equal and equitable sharing of  bursary funds. He fought for floating cash for all students studying in various schools to be used by the students instead of those cash being accumulated without proper usage and utilization. 

Amos Kaaleng is leader who always needs other people to prosper in life, he is a leader who needs prosperity. He has been in the  Frontline advocating issues for Kibish sub county for the well being of Kibish residents. He has been accused of being honest to his people, many a times he was advised to let go of human rights but he has stood firm to defend voiceless regardless of the position he is.

Amos Kaaleng is requesting the people of Kaleng/Kaikor Ward to vote him during the nominations and the General elections as their MCA in Kaleng Kaikor ward for the year 2022 and beyond. His àspiration is the public call for the good representations to the public of kaleng kaikor ward. In his life time he has chosen sharing and generosity in whatever he has. He likes being with people and embrace social life with all God's  living creatures. The youth, Fathers  and Mothers from the region have testfied his goodnes and  promised to stand with him to elect him as  the incoming MCA Kaleng kaikor ward 2022.
