Jimmy Wanjigi Should Expect Fire in Politics, Clean His Closet First, Kimani Wamatangi

Kiambu senator Kimani Wamatangi has advised businessman Jimmy Wanjigi to clean his closet and expect fire while venturing into the murky world of politics.

Wanjigi assumed an active role in politics by declaring his presidential ambitions after years of whispers about his involvement in sponsoring political outfits.

Speaking on Citizen TV's morning show, Wamatangi welcomed the business mogul to politics but had a disclaimer for him.

"Welcome to politics. What we do in politics is that before you step out into the arena you try to sweep your closet."

"Remove all the bones so that while you are out there nobody can come and find some bones that they can attach to anything. When you keep it clean then you can get out there. Its an arena you have to be cautious in and when you get into it you know the kind of dance you have signed up for. Let him not be worried because this is a tasty arena," he stated.

The lawmaker warned that Wanjigi must brace himself for tough times in politics at the initial stages but must always expect anything.
