Sethie is the second born in a family of ten members. She attended village schools for both her primary and secondary school. She holds a diploma in social work and development studies from Eastern Kenya Integrated College. She was motivated to vie for leadership position after seeing her people facing problems in life and leaders failing the residents of Lower Kaewa/Kaani ward miserably. She wants to change this type of governance once she clinches of the Member of County Assembly. Her vision is to see a self reliant Lower Kaewa ward where everyone will be empowered economically.
