Scolastica Muthoni a mother of three who was born and raised in Nairobi county. She later moved and settled to Kwa Reuben in the year 1978. She schooled at St. Pauls primary school and later sat for her secondary certificate as a private candidate in Church Army Institution. Her motivation is to empower the youth by linking them with opportunities set aside for them. Her vision is to bring social and economic development to Kwa-Reuben ward
