Tim Wanyonyi: Nairobians Would Elect Westlands MP as Governor if Elections Were Held Today, Poll

A TUKO.co.ke poll has shown a majority of Nairobians would elect Westlands MP Tim Wanyonyi as their next governor if elections were held today.

The poll was conducted by TUKO.co.ke on Facebook between Tuesday, February and Wednesday, February 2. 

Among the aspirants featured were Wanyonyi, Nairobi senator Johnson Sakaja, former Starehe MP Margaret Wanjiru and Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) president Richard Ngatia. 

Others were businesswoman Agnes Kagure and Shining Hope for Communities (SHOFCO) founder Kennedy Odede. 

The poll read: "Which of these candidates would you vote for as the Nairobi Governor come August 2022? 

Kenyans who vowed to vote for Wanyonyi said they were impressed by his development track record as Westlands MP.
