My Leader Kenya (MLK) Call Centres

In order to promote the political ideas of different aspirants and leaders in a given region i.e. Ward, Constituency, County and at the National level, MLK intends to come up with call centres at all these levels.

The main purposes for the call centres shall be;

  1. Conducting research within a particular given region.
  2. Reaching out the voters at the grassroots and disseminating information in the most local way.
  3. Linking the ground to the national level and vice versa.
  4. Airing the aspirants’ manifesto to the voters.
  5. Helping keep records and truck of the promises given during campaigns.

Each call centre is headed by the respective Coordinator then has a secretariat comprising of a digital marketer, a program manager and other members who help in handling calls at the centre.

We help in creation of reports and running analytics with the data collected and feedbacks from calls as we increase the potential voter’s engagement by calling from local regions.
