The Only Way Uhuru Can Finish Raila Politically

Currently, former Prime Minister Raila Odinga is the longest serving politician. He started practicing active politics back in the days of late President Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi during the era of the Kenya African National Union (KANU). He actively fought for multiparty democracy in the 80s and 90s before playing a big role in the 2002 transition politics when former president Mwai Kibaki took over governorship from KANU.

Throughout, that period Hon Raila was active in politics,he vied in 2007 and after the post elections violence he worked together with Hon Kibaki through the Coalition government. Why I am saying all these, to reinstate the fact that Hon Raila has been around the political arena for a while now.

In relation to this, Gatundu South Member of Parliament (MP) Moses Kuria previously said that Mount Kenya region will not forgive President Uhuru Kenyatta if he fails to finish Hon Raila politically, render him completely irrelevant and remove him from active politics. But the question is how can President Uhuru completely finish Hon Raila? There is only one way to do to finish Hon Raila politically and that is what President Uhuru can do if he is to go by the words of MP Kuria. Political analyst Prof Herman Manyora once said Hon Raila is stop being dangerous politically when he will stop breathing. This means that as long as Raila is walking,he can do wonders when it comes to Kenyan politics.

Therefore, the only way President Uhuru can finish Raila politically is by forcing him to go for retirement. So long as Raila is still in active politics,he will always remain to be a threat and what is still keeping in the political arena is his dream of becoming president. This leaves President Uhuru with only one option to make him retire,by making sure that he becomes. Therefore, the only way to finish Raila politically is by making sure he becomes president and retire from politics.
