Irungu Nyakera Outlines His Vision for Murang’a ahead of 2022 Polls

Irungu Nyakera a man on the run for the gubernatorial seat states that youth should wake up and see the other unidentified sources of income which have been overlooked in the strategy to improve the Murang’a county. Nyakera promises that Manufacturing companies, as well as other businesses, are well planned for if he clinches the Murang’a top job through which under his leadership hopes to attract additional investors to the county streamlining service delivery. ”That is not to say that other sources of income have been overlooked in the strategy to improve the county. He has been an ardent pusher and fighter in the farming and specifically Tea reforms in the Mt. Kenya region as he has now turned guns to the Agro-processing, extracting value from avocados by processing them into such products as avocado oil, guacamole, canned avocado, healthcare and cosmetic products, for the local and export markets as he has used the opportunity to demystify devolution in agriculture to Murang’a being among his top agenda for the country’s saying it is the role of the county government to provide them with extension services, construct and maintain the rural inter-town roads, champion value addition, provide input credit solutions support establishment of Agri-industries to employ their youth while enhancing farmer returns.

The locals refer him as the Tree seedling don terming him as the most popular man in the Murang’a community. ”I don’t like translating Trees in Kikuyu coz it brings out other ideas against the intended purpose. Where I am, Kiharu, CBS Irungu is the most Popular Candidate.” said Tabby Kanyungu. Nyakera has all organized groups in the county through his sparkling Irungu Nyakera Foundation Program where they can apply for 50 trees.

Finally, the Tea Reforms fighter and governor in waiting says that the reform journey was doubted but it came to a life example. ”Many doubted it will EVER bear fruit but now in five months into the reforms, prices in Mombasa have almost DOUBLED for all Murang’a factories.” said Nyakera. He has further promised not to stop the more reforms. He is currently now pursuing reforms in coffee, dairy, avocados, macadamia, banana, mangoes, oranges and poultry to ensure all farmers will celebrate ensuring all the Murang’a residents to put money in their pockets once he clinches the county boss post in the 2022 elections Múranga túríme gúkumia.
