  • Hold an ECDE stakeholders' consultative forum to deliberate and improve on the quality of ECD Education in the County as an emotional, physical and social development of our children, and further hire more ECD teachers,put all on permanent and pensionable through scheme of service, review thier payments upwardly and support thier on-job training.
  • Fully equip county vocational training institutes through partnerships with industry and other external partners and raise their qualities to the levels of National Training Institutes.Establish one VTI as a center of Excellence in every Sub-county
  • Suport partnerships between Universities and Industry for incubation and commercialization of innovation.
  • Increase bursary allocation and support ever needy student to acess quality education through a scheme supervised by MCAs, Ward Administrators and the Office of the Local Chief
