Governor Mutahi Kahiga Pledges On County Spatial Plan.
"We shall operationalize the robust County spatial plan that will guide in the mapping of all county projects and programs for the next 10 years. The Local Physical and Land Use Development Plans will guide human settlements through the provision of social and physical infrastructure. This will be the basis on which we shall process title deeds and development applications that comprise building plans, subdivisions, amalgamations, change/extension of use, and renewal/extension of leases. We shall implement and maintain the legal requirements to maintain an updated valuation roll to keep our towns competitive and attractive to investors."
