Mbagathi District Hospital is set to receive a major upgrade following rehabilitation plans to improve its infrastructure by the Nairobi County Government.
Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko stated that the hospital is overdue for an upgrade and patients will soon receive quality and timely medical assistance.
Roads located inside the district hospital are also set to be repaired following an assessment that was carried out at the hospital.
“My government is committed in fulfilling healthcare pledges made to Nairobians by improving the state of our County health facilities,” he said.
The Nairobi City County Government today started the rehabilitation of infrastructure at the Mbagathi District Hospital. The rehabilitation by my administration will include renovation works at the busy County hospital to ensure patients receive quality and timely medical care. My administration will also repair roads within the hospital after accessing the state of roads at the facility. My government is committed in fulfilling healthcare pledges made to Nairobians by improving the state of our County health facilities..
