  • Enhance a comprehensive spatial database system that will be continuously updated and used in rational development planning processes and as a decision-making support system.
  • Establish the County Entities Bill - focus is to strengthen Vihiga Radio Station to include Tv among other county government agencies.
  • Establish County Social and Economic Council that will focus on the socio-economic development of the County.
