Andrew Sichangi Kutitila

Andrew Sichangi Kutitila is an experienced Kenyan politician currently serving as the Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Sikhendu Ward in Kiminini Constituency, Trans Nzoia County, and is a declared parliamentary candidate for the Kiminini Constituency MP seat in the 2027 elections. Representing the Democratic Action Party of Kenya (DAP-K) under Governor George Natembeya’s "Linda Mwananchi" movement, he has built a strong reputation for localized leadership and development, notably overseeing vital infrastructure projects like the Chalicha-Mucharage bridge and checking key regional facilities. Previously the party leader of the Federal Party of Kenya (FPK) before a high-profile defection in 2022, Kutitila has consistently championed grassroots community support, political transparency, and accessible public service across Trans Nzoia County.
