Benjamin Kai Chilumo is an experienced Kenyan accountant and public servant currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Huduma Kenya Secretariat. Appointed to the position in May 2023, he is tasked with overseeing the country's flagship public service delivery program and driving its digital transformation strategy.
