Caleb Mutiso Mule

Caleb Mule Mutiso is the Member of Parliament for the Machakos Town Constituency, elected in 2022 under the Maendeleo Chap Chap Party. He holds degrees in Applied Statistics and Human Resources Administration and previously served on the Machakos County Assembly Service Board. In the National Assembly, he sits on the Housing, Urban Planning and Public Works Committee, focusing his efforts on local infrastructure, rural electrification, and educational bursaries.
