David Athman Ndakwa

Hon. David Athman Ndakwa is the Member of Parliament (MP) for Malava Constituency in Kakamega County, serving in Kenya's 13th Parliament under the Amani National Congress (ANC) party. In the National Assembly, he serves as a member of the highly influential Budget and Appropriations Committee. Professionally, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and previously worked as an accountant at the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) and Kenya Power, bringing a strong financial background to his legislative oversight roles.
