About David Kipsang Keter
David Kipsang Keter is a Kenyan businessman, commercial farmer and politician who was elected MP for Emurua Dikirr Constituency in the May 2026 by-election. He won the UDA ticket after party nominations and later defeated his closest rival, Vincent Kibet Rotich (DCP), in the by-election.
Before his election, Keter had contested the Emurua Dikirr parliamentary seat several times, earning a reputation as a persistent grassroots politician. He is widely known by the nickname "Dollarline", derived from his petroleum distribution business
