David Masaku Munyau is a Kenyan politician who serves as the Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Mutomo Ward in Kitui South Constituency, Kitui County. He is notable for being one of the few incumbent MCAs in Kitui County to win re-election in the 2022 general election, retaining his seat on a Jubilee Party ticket during a year when most sitting MCAs lost their races
