Hon. Dekow Mohamed Barrow is a retired Kenya Defence Forces Major and politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Garissa Township Constituency. He was elected in the January 2023 by-election following the appointment of former MP Aden Duale to the Cabinet. Before joining Parliament, he served in the military and has since focused on security, public administration, and constituency development.
