Dido Ali Rasso

Col. (Rtd) Dido Ali Rasso (commonly known as Ali Rasso) is a Kenyan politician, retired military officer, and the Member of Parliament for Saku Constituency, Marsabit County. He previously served in the Kenya Defence Forces for about three decades, rising to the rank of Colonel and serving as Head of Army Training before joining politics. He entered Parliament in 2013 and has represented Saku Constituency through several parliamentary terms. He holds a Master of Arts in Defence Studies from King's College London, studied at the Open University in the United Kingdom, and earned a Diploma in International Relations from the University of Nairobi. As an MP, he has focused on security, defence, pastoralist affairs, development, and improving access to government services in northern Kenya. He is currently affiliated with the United Democratic Alliance (UDA
