Dr Elizabeth Wala

Mary Nelima Amalemba is a Kenyan politician and former Vihiga County Executive Committee Member who has declared her interest in contesting the Vihiga County Woman Representative seat in the 2027 General Election. She previously served in Vihiga County government in departments including Environment, Water, Energy and Natural Resources and Public Service, Administration and Coordination of County Affairs. Amalemba has focused her political message on women empowerment, economic opportunities, improved access to resources, and sustainable development for communities in Vihiga County. She is associated with the United Green Movement (UGM).
