Eliud Ndungu Kinuthia

Eliud Ndungu Kinuthia is a Kenyan public servant, governance expert, and former Chairperson of the National Police Service Commission (NPSC). He is recognized for his leadership in advancing police reforms, improving officer welfare, and strengthening community policing and institutional accountability within Kenya's security sector. A native of Mpeketoni in Lamu County, Kinuthia has also worked with government ministries, international development partners, and governance organizations on security sector reforms and public administration. He holds advanced academic qualifications in development studies and business administration and is widely regarded as an experienced leader in public sector transformation and strategic management.
