Hamisi Mwaguya

Hamisi Mashobo Mwaguya is a Kenyan businessman, public administrator, and politician. Popularly known as "Quick," he has served in leadership roles in the maritime sector, including as Chairperson of the Kenya Maritime Authority (KMA) Board. He has also contested for the Mombasa County Senate seat and is recognized for advocating for the blue economy, economic development, and improved governance in the coastal region.
