Hon. Joseph Wandera

Hon. Joseph Wandera is a Kenyan politician currently serving as the elected Member of the County Assembly (MCA) representing Elugulu Ward in Butula Constituency under the Busia County Assembly. Assuming office during the 2022 general elections, he serves on critical legislative committees responsible for oversight, policy formulation, and budget allocation within Busia County.
