Hon. Khatundi Phanice Naliaka

Hon. Khatundi Phanice Naliaka Mutiembu is a Kenyan politician, educationist, and agricultural champion who currently serves as the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Agriculture, Irrigation, Livestock, and Fisheries in Trans Nzoia County. Affectionately nicknamed "Mama Mbegu" by locals for her grassroots "Mbegu Mashinani" initiatives, she rose from humble rural origins in Saboti Ward to become one of the county's most influential executive leaders. After a narrow second-place finish in the 2022 Trans Nzoia County Woman Representative race under the DAP-K party ticket, she successfully transitioned into executive governance while actively positioning herself as a leading frontrunner for the same parliamentary seat in the upcoming 2027 general elections.
