Hon. Lillian Chebet Siyoi

Hon. Lillian Chebet Siyoi (also popularly known as Lillian Siyoi Walubengo) is a first-term Kenyan politician serving as the County Woman Representative for Trans Nzoia County. She clinched the seat during the August 2022 general elections and currently serves as an active member of the National Assembly's Labour and Social Welfare Committee as well as the Implementation Committee. Prior to her entry into elective politics, Siyoi built a professional career in entrepreneurship, working as a director for Libe Enterprises Limited where she managed transport, logistics, and real estate portfolios. As a legislator, she has focused on community-driven transformation, prominently championing national education funding reforms, spearheading local financial literacy initiatives, and organizing targeted welfare programs to empower youths, persons with disabilities, and widows across her county.
