Hon. Makal Solomon Loluka

Makal Solomon Loluka is a Kenyan politician and the Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Kolowa Ward in Tiaty Constituency, Baringo County. Elected on the Kenya African National Union (KANU) party ticket, he represents his constituents in the Baringo County Assembly, where he contributes to legislation, oversight, and county development. He has also served in leadership roles within the County Assembly.
