Hon. Rebecca Nafula Masibayi

Hon. Rebecca Nafula Masibayi is a veteran Kenyan community mentor, education advocate, and politician from Ng'oli village who is a leading candidate for the 2027 Bungoma County Woman Representative seat. An alumnus of Amukura Girls and Asumbi Girls High School, she built her early foundation on academic discipline and community resilience. Having mentored prominent regional politicians, including the current Member of Parliament for Bumula Constituency, Masibayi has transitioned into a formidable political force centered around accountability, transparent National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) distribution, and combating gender-based violence (GBV).
