Joel Kimanzi

Joel Kimanzi Muthengi is a grassroot political leader and aspirant for the Kyangwithya East Ward MCA seat in Kitui Central Constituency, Kitui County under the National Economic Development (NED) party. Hailing from Kasyala, he has established himself as a prominent community mobilizer campaigning ahead of the 2027 General Election under the slogan "With God it works." His political platform centers heavily on promoting economic empowerment, accessible representation, and improving social welfare structures for the local residents of Kitui.
