Joseph Emathe Namuar

Hon. Joseph Namuar Emathe is a Kenyan politician and the Member of Parliament for Turkana Central Constituency, Turkana County. He was elected in the 2022 General Election on the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party ticket. Before joining Parliament, he served in various development and public administration roles, including as a County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning in Turkana County Government. He holds a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and has experience in community development, governance, and public service.
