Josephat Chirema Kombo

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies (pursuing Master’s); certifications in community mobilisation. Former MCA for Samburu/Chengoni Ward (two terms, 2013–2022); served as Chairperson of the County Assembly and Budget Committee. Development practitioner with experience in capacity building, advocacy, and project implementation. Works closely with the Governor on education, water, livestock, and performance management.
