Kai Tsuma Silvester

Hon. Kai Tsuma Silvester is a Kenyan politician serving as the Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Junda Ward in Kisauni Constituency, Mombasa County. He was elected on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party ticket in the 2022 General Election.
