About Liza Chelule Chepkorir
Liza Chelule Chepkorir is a prominent Kenyan politician currently serving as the Nakuru County Woman Representative in the National Assembly. A member of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party, she was first elected to this legislative position in 2017 and successfully won re-election in 2022. Before her tenure in the National Assembly, she served as a nominated Senator between 2013 and 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development Studies from Daystar University. Her political career has heavily focused on community empowerment, civic education, and advocating for the rights of women, children, and vulnerable groups.
