Odha Ilu Hiyesa is a Kenyan community leader and politician from Tana River County. He has previously worked as a community facilitator involved in community land protection and local governance initiatives. In 2025, he was cleared to contest the Chewani Ward MCA seat in Galole Constituency on the United Green Movement (UGM) ticket.
