Paul Kipchumba Kipyatich (popularly known as Lomsani) is a Kenyan politician who serves as the Deputy Speaker of the Elgeyo Marakwet County Assembly and the Member of County Assembly (MCA) representing the Embobut Embolot Ward,County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet, has declared his candidacy to run for the Marakwet East Constituency Member of Parliament (MP) seat in the August 2027 general elections.
