Peter Francis Masara

Joseph Owuor Ngao, popularly known as “Ojele,” is a Kenyan businessman, engineer and politician from Migori County. He is a former Migori gubernatorial aspirant, having contested the governor’s seat in the 2022 General Election as an independent candidate, and he is now associated with the 2027 Migori gubernatorial race. Ngao has built his political profile through community engagement, development initiatives and grassroots mobilisation across Migori County, and is among the figures seeking to challenge the incumbent Governor Ochilo Ayacko in 2027.
