Raphael Chimera Mwinzago

Senator Raphael Chimera Mwinzago is a Kenyan lawyer and politician currently serving as a Nominated Senator in the 13th Parliament, representing youth interests under the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party. Professionally trained as an advocate, he is a partner at Chimera, Kamotho & Company Advocates, specializing in real estate and project finance. In the Senate, he serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee and is an active member of the Kenya Young Parliamentarians Association (KYPA). He has positioned himself as a vocal advocate for regional safety, youth empowerment, and economic development, which form the foundation of his active campaign for the Kwale County Senatorial seat in the 2027 General Elections.
