Ruth Wanza Bukachi

Ruth Wanza Bukachi is a Kenyan politician from Vihiga County who has expressed interest in the Vihiga County Woman Representative seat. She previously contested for the same position in the 2022 General Election as an Independent candidate, after leaving the United Democratic Alliance (UDA). Bukachi has built her political agenda around improving education, healthcare, sanitation, food security, and accountable leadership for Vihiga residents. She has stated that her decision to run as an independent candidate was aimed at allowing her to pursue her development agenda without party restrictions.
