Soipan Tuya

Hon. Soipan Tuya is a Kenyan lawyer and senior public servant who previously served as Narok County Woman Representative before joining the Cabinet. She has played leading roles in the Environment and Defence ministries and is recognized nationally for her work on climate policy, conservation, and public administration.
