Wanjiku Muhia

Hon. Wanjiku Muhia is the Member of Parliament for Kipipiri Constituency, elected in the 2022 General Election after defeating former National Assembly Majority Leader Amos Kimunya. Before joining the National Assembly, she served as the Woman Representative for Nyandarua County (2013–2017) and later as Kenya's representative to the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) from 2018 to 2022. She holds academic qualifications from the University of Sunderland (UK), Kenya Methodist University, the University of Nairobi, and executive training from the Harvard Kennedy School. In Parliament, she chairs the Regional Integration Committee and has championed education, healthcare, women's empowerment, youth employment, and infrastructure development
